If your property has sustained damage it is important to limit the damage as much as possible. Prior to doing any cleanup it is a good idea to document the damage by taking pictures so the adjuster can see what has taken place.
Do not throw out any damaged property until an adjuster has given you the authority to do so.

All deductible options provide you with glass replacement coverage, however you are responsible to pay your specific deductible. If you have a higher deductible this may mean that it is cheaper to replace the glass on your own. You can replace a window by attending an MPI approved Glass repair or Replacement Business. Most are equipped to file your claim online and there is no need to contact MPI directly. Make sure you bring your registration card with you so they have all your insurance particulars.
If you have a $200 plus deductible you also have glass repair coverage and can get your stone chip repaired by attending an MPI approved Glass repair or Replacement Business.
